Just finished Burnout to Brilliance and I've got to say I was initially hesitant I was not sure if this would help me as i kept hitting a brick wall with other forms of therapy. I liked the holistic approach combined with neuroscience. I actually enjoyed the 121 setting more than I thought I would and found Gina to be very supportive. If anyone told me they were struggling and they weren't keen on seeing a traditional therapist these courses are amazing. thank you so much Gina you have helped me learn new coping skills and ensure i don't ever let myself get to that dark place again you are a fantastic mental health and yoga coach.
